UNITED FOR CLIMATE

Global Action

Connecting global climate dialogue with people, communities and practical action.

GCCT's global action concept is intended to connect countries, communities, youth, institutions, climate leaders, organizations and local initiatives through climate awareness, communication, participation and practical action. This page describes the intended framework. It does not present a completed global Torch journey or unpublished country activity as fact.

These themes describe direction. They are not a catalogue of completed country projects.

  2. Advocacy

Encourage informed public conversation and constructive climate participation.

  3. Action

Support practical steps that communities, youth and institutions can take.

  4. Acceleration

Help useful climate participation grow in quality, reach and continuity.

  5. Accountability

Report progress honestly, with verified information distinguished from targets.

Torch Journey

The map is intended to become the geographic interface for the Global Torch Journey when verified country records exist.
